Payroll wages not assigned

Hi, can anyone help with 3 payroll runs done in the last financial year, to payroll categories not assigned at the time of transmit/   ie.  LSL on termination or AL on termination.

The figures have not reported on employees gross, yet payment made.  I have re assigned categories to gross wages, but now dont know how to update this information to the ATO to be able to EOFY finalise.

    Looks like you've had a bit of a hiccup with your payroll categories not being assigned for your last three payroll runs. No stress, we've got this! You've already done the hard part by reassigning the pay item to the right reporting category. Now, all you need to do is send an update. Easy peasy!
