Read Only Access to Payroll Category and SuperFund Lists

Hi,

This seems to be a new issue.

I have 'Administrator' access to MYOB, however noticed that I am unable to create new Payroll Categories or new Superannuation Funds.

I used to be able to create these however this seems to have changed recently.

My Manager has confirmed that she has not amended my user access and checked that the assignments under 'User Access' are correct.

 

Is there something else we have missed doing, or has there been any changes to MYOB lately as this was not an issue last month.

  • i'm having the same problem.

     

    seems we have to download new AccountRight.  only problem is that it is not compatible with MacOS.  So not sure how i'll pay my staff today.  Cant talk to a human.  Think i'll swap to XERO.

    I understand that you are having trouble creating new payroll categories and superannuation funds in MYOB, even though you believe you have an administrator access.

     

    Upon reviewing your account, it appears you may not currently have the necessary administrative permissions. To resolve this, I recommend reaching out to the account owner or administrator and asking them to provide a screenshot of your user access settings. This will help us confirm whether your access level is set correctly.
