When I log in to Payroll and look at the STP Reports, there is one that is marked sent but it has not been accepted by the ATO, this was sent over 1 month ago so there is no reason it shouldn't have been accepted. Do I need to resend it? How do I fix this?

No worries! I'm here to assist you with your concern regarding STP report that shows as sent but hasn't been accepted by the ATO for over a month. If the pay run that was sent already, but not accepted yet, the payroll reports are worth checking such payroll activity, payroll register and YTD verification report to see if the figures are matching and correct. If so, then no need to resend or take any further action with the sent pay run. If you encounter issues in the future, don't hesitate to drop us a post again.
