Student Loan deduction

This last pay run an employee student loan deductions changed but there has been no change in the pay rate.

I am not aware of a change that should have been made to the deductions??

Why would this happen?

    Hi tbaldock,

     

    Thanks for your post.

     

    I would advise checking the setup of your deduction to see how it is calculating (Payroll > Pay Items > Deductions), and If you aren't aware of any changes - revert the deduction to how it should.  You could then either, reverse the pay and re-process it, or reimburse the difference next pay.
