Unable to generate Payroll Activity Reports

Hi, Just wondering if there is an issue with the Reports section as I have now tried 10 times to generate Payroll Activity Reports to no avail. I tried to do just for 4 days in the current month & fo...

    Hi there KateMildwaters,

     

    There haven't been any reported issues with error, "Failed to report", while generating the Payroll Activity report, so let's do a couple of quick fixes. First, clearing your browser cache to see if that helps. If the issue persists, switch to a different browser and give it another go. If you're still unable to get the report after that, the next step is to get in touch with our support team directly on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA, they'll be able to take a closer look and help you out.
