Accounts missing from Adj Trial Balance Report

Hi I am hoping someone can tell me why when I run an adjusted trial balance report majority of my income categories are missing from it? And then how do I correct this? Any assistance is appreciated,...

Unfortunately I tried your suggestions and to no avail. So Ive logged a support ticket >.<
