Document attachments
Love the new update to attach documents to Sales & General Journals, why can’t you do it from the MYOB in tray however?

Hi Geoffy1,
If you’re using AccountRight, you can upload to the documents to In Tray either by browsing to the file from your PC folders (Upload Files) or by dragging the file and dropping it straight into the In Tray window. Check this article on working with uploaded documents to see how it works.

Thankyou. I use MYOB premium desktop. How do I upload apart from except saving the doc as a pdf saving it to a folder on my pc and then grabbing it from there.
please just fix it so it works from the in tray!thankyou

Thanks for the love on the new doc attachments for Sales & General Journals. You’re spot on, adding straight from the In Tray isn’t available just yet. For now, the quick workaround is to grab it from In Tray and attach to the journal. You can check this article about working with uploaded documents for more info.
