Does anyone answer the suppor requests? I have raised two support requests but I am still awaiting a response,

We previously did offer a service for clients to submit a support request through their my.MYOB accounts. However, based on client feedback we did receive and the turnaround times we do no longer offer that service for clients at this time. Instead, if you do have an enquiry we would recommend that you do post it on this Forum. I'm sure the MYOB Community would be happy to assist. You can also visit our AccountRight Idea Exchange page.

Hi I am thinking of changing my plan from Business lite to business pro, I see new users are getting a discount for the first 4 months could I be considered for this promotion as well to upgrade to Business Pro. thanks Clayton

I have updated to Business Pro but the cashflow report is not showing alot of items such as sales for the FY 23 as in the example above, the cashflow report looks like the picture attached and missing alot of infor as the example I posted above.,

Thanks for your reply.
The information being produced in the reports depends on the activity made inside the business file. I would suggest trying out different periods and seeing if there is any additional information being displayed.
