We previously did offer a service for clients to submit a support request through their my.MYOB accounts. However, based on client feedback we did receive and the turnaround times we do no longer offer that service for clients at this time. Instead, if you do have an enquiry we would recommend that you do post it on this Forum. I'm sure the MYOB Community would be happy to assist. You can also visit our AccountRight Idea Exchange page.

Hi I am thinking of changing my plan from Business lite to business pro, I see new users are getting a discount for the first 4 months could I be considered for this promotion as well to upgrade to Business Pro. thanks Clayton
