Job Profit & Loss Report Error

We are getting an error message whenever we run a Job Profit & Loss Report in MYOB Business (cloud).  The Message reads "Failed to load this report" and advises to contact MYOB support if the issue continues. Our accountants at KPMG Australia are getting the same error message and believe it has occurred since the last upgrade in Oct/Nov 2024. 

I have tried to contact and follow the links through MYOB Support but the chat box only has STP reporting errors listed and the support pages take me around in circles.  

Can anyone assist or confirm the issue is happening to them also.

    Hi rebeccaf,

     

    When running reports in MYOB Business for the full year, you may sometimes encounter an error like this. You may resolve this by clearing the browser's cache and cookies. Or if possible, try accessing the report from different web browsers.

     

    You can also attempt to run the Job Profit & Loss Report for a shorter time period to see if it loads successfully. This can sometimes help isolate or bypass issues with large datasets.

     

    If the issue persists, since you've already attempted to contact our live chat support, you can try reaching out to our phone support here or submit a case via MyAccount. They can run a necessary script to resolve the issue.
