Job Transactions Report - No Memo for Spend Money Transactions

Hi,   I've noticed that when generating a "Job Transactions Report" in MYOB business, the description does not feed through to the "memo" column of the report for "Spend Money" transactions. I have...

I really need this I have got in a total mess trying to do XLOOKUPS from a separate Job transactions details on the next excel tab & pulling the memo through to the accrual report. I understand the formulas, but they don't work consistently .... something to do with formatting between the 2 reports ..... Have spent hours & hours on this & not succeeded. all beyond me. I just need the allocation memo to show in the Accrual report
