Need help on generating Reports

I run both the desktop AccountRight app and give access to our Finance team to our online MYOB Business app.

The problem they are having with the online Business reports is as follows:

Trial Balance

Doesn't have Debit and Credit columns options like the AccountRight report, only has the YTD Debit and YTD Credit columns.

Receivables Reconciliation

Need guidance on where to find this report and extract it

General Ledger

Doesn't have ID No, Scr and Memo column options

    Hey Codez,

     

    You’re right on each point your Finance team raised. AccountRight on the desktop offers more detailed report options than the browser version. In MYOB Business, the Trial Balance shows YTD Debit and YTD Credit only and you can click a YTD figure to drill into that account and see the individual debits and credits. As for General Ledger, it really doesn’t include the ID No, Src and Memo columns. Lastly, you can use the Receivables reconciliation with tax report to reconcile and extract the numbers. You can also check this link for more info on how to extract the report.

    Thanks for your reply with that information.

    Does MYOB have any plans to update MYOB Business to provide the same reports as AccountRight desktop?

    Also, I have tried generating the Receivables with tax report online but it keeps failing saying:

    Something went wrong

    Try refreshing your browser If the issue persists, contact MYOB support

    Hi Codez,

    While MYOB Business reporting is being improved, there is no confirmed plan to provide the exact same reports as AccountRight desktop at this time. If you're getting an error message when generating the reports, we do recommend to clear your browsers cache and history or try using a different browser.
