Older sales in the Sales Reconciliation report

Welcome to the Community Forum. A sale can be deleted, even if it is completed, just means you will need to delete the payment first.

 

To do this: 

1. Open the invoice and check if there is an amount under Amount paid 
2. If there is a payment; then first Delete the customer payment 
3. Then once the amount paid is showing as $0.00 you can Delete the invoice
