Hi Spplift2021,
Good question! A quick thing to check is your report settings, especially the PDF template style, and make sure the orientation is set to portrait there. If that setting is available for the report/template you’re using, that’s what will usually control how it prints. You can also check the help links below for the steps on where to view and adjust the report orientation settings.
Cheers,
Doreen

Hi Doreen,
Thank you for your reply and suggestions.
I have created a new template with the orientation set to portrait, however it does not seem to apply to the Pay Run Summary Report. The report still prints in landscape orientation, so it appears the setting is not working for this report.
Is there any other way to change the report to print in portrait orientation?
Thanks again for your help.

Hi Spplift2021,
Thanks for checking that. If you’ve already created a new template, the next step is to make sure that template is actually selected in the report settings. Could you please go to Report settings > User preferences > PDF styling, then choose the new portrait template there and save the change? Once that’s selected, the report should use that template when printing. From what you described, it sounds like the new template was created, but it may not have been applied to the Pay Run Summary Report yet.
Regards,
Sai

Hi Sai,
I have changed the PDF styling to my new portrait template and saved the changes. I also logged out and logged back in, then tried printing the “View Pay Run Summary Report” again, but it is still printing in landscape orientation.
Thanks
