Payables reconciliation report failed to load

Hi MYOB Support,

I cannot get the Payables reconciliation with tax report to print at 31 March 2024, the last time it will print is 14 November 2023.

I have tried:

  • clearing the cache,
  • running for a shorter period
  • tried in Edge as well as Chrome
  • tried on our client's computer as well as my own

 

I have attached the Console report showing the error. 

Could you please help.

    Thank you for taking the time to troubleshoot the Payables reconciliation issue. I appreciate the thorough approach such as clearing the cache, adjusting the period, and testing different browsers and computers. I was able to run a fix on your company file and you should now be able to access the report without any issues. If you need further assistance with this, don't hesitate to create a post again.

      Hi Doreen, 

      I have tried accessing the Payables reconciliation with tax report and the problem still persists.

      The error remains "Failed to load the report". What else can we try?
