Hi Louren,
Thanks for doing the troubleshooting steps you've done to get the Payables Reconciliation with Tax report. To dodge the pesky "Failed to report." message and other error messages when you're running the said report, give these tips a go:
- Run the report for a shorter period. Smaller chunks of time keep it running nice and sweet.
- Check the Accounts tab. If any header accounts have mistakenly snuck in as detail accounts under another header account, this can cause the "Failed to load report." error. If that's the case, update the account to point to the right header account.
- Give the Reporting Settings a shake-up. Check and save the Reporting Settings to refresh them or update if needed, then run the report again.
If the error messages still hang around after doing the workarounds above, no worries— make sure to reach out to our team on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA, and they'll help you sort it out.
Cheers,
Doreen
Hi Doreen,
thats an awkward solution particularly for EOFY comparisons. I'll give it a go and mention it to the Accountant, in all honesty this is an issue MYOB has to resolve for customers who want to access information easily and quickly.
Cheers 👍
