Payables reconciliation with tax report

I appreciate you including a screenshot. That error message is quite general, so it's difficult to find exactly what caused it just based on the screenshot. Since you’ve already tried another browser, cleared the cache, and tested both AccountRight and the browser, it looks like this may be a data issue in the file rather than a browser issue.

A few things to try:

• Run the report for a shorter date range
• Go to Settings > Reports settings and click Save to refresh the report settings
• Check your Accounts list and make sure no header accounts have been added under another header as detail accounts
• If the issue only affects this report, export your accounts list and import it back into the file, then try the report again
