Profit and Loss by Job - Desktop vs Browser

Hi All,   I have just run a P&L by Job in MYOB AccountRight and then run the Job P&L Comparison in the MYOB Browser and I don't seem to get the same results.   I'm not sure what other info I need...

In the browser report, has the software defaulted to a Cash report?
