I couldn't agree more. A critical reporting feature is broken- and has been for some time now. Lip service via community forum as 'solution' = not good enough from MYOB. Up until now I have been a fan of the product - I'm surprised this issue is being ignored. And very surprised I have no simple way of reporting the fault or receiving an eta on the fix.

Yep. This is very frustrating. I cannot get a response other than to say that they have identified the issue.
