Hi John. I actually pressed 'reply' to the "MYOB moderator" comments; I'm sorry it has linked as if I was responding to you. I can tell you are a fellow user and I thank you for sharing what you have experienced and what responses you have had from MYOB. I'm am sincerely sorry if I have caused you offence.
Besides sitting on the phone for 2+hrs, MYOB has provided no way of me reporting the issue- the MYOB support pages directed me to this forum. The forum seems to have MYOB spokes-persons attending to the traffic. So, in the absence of any feedback mechanism besides the phone (which doesn't seem to match business hours in my state) the seems like the only avenue I have to advise of issues.

OK. Thanks for that. I am unsure as to where they are at with this. I actually had some time on the phone and with Team Viewer so they could see the actually issue. I can only say they are aware of it but as to when it will be fixed I cannot guess.
