Earl_HD & all the Users with this issue. This was first reported by me & others in early January 2024. We keep getting promised that it is being actioned but nothing has changed. Please provide a response as to where this is at and when is it getting fixed.

Do we have any update on this Myob? It is month end again and I am unable to P&L v budget. It would be so helpful if Myob could also develop a report to enable printing of Month v Budget and YTD v Budget all in one report without having to manually export and manipulate in Excel.
Meanwhile we have all just received a price increase!

Has anyone come up with a workaround for this? Other than manually entering all into Myob software old school?
I desperately need these reports for upcoming AGMs for multiple entities.
Has anyone asked for a refund of subscriptions whilst this crucial report is unresolved?

Have noticed today that this appears to be fixed as my reports are now showing budget figures.
Hope this is the same for everyone, if not let me know as I did make some changes in my settings which might have rectified it.

What settings changes have you made and is Myob able to provide a refund for subscriptions due to this lack of essential reporting and failure to provide updates?

Hi BalmoralPnC
Under your Business Name on right-hand side go to Report Settings and make sure you have a GST clearing account set. If you haven't, set one up as this could be the problem. Let me know if this works.
Re: a subscription refund - this needs to be taken up with MYOB but feel it is very unlikely this will happen.
