Having the same issue now and have been on hold to MYOB for an hour and 40 minutes now. It was working this morning and randomly stopped working, I love that the price of MYOB keeps increasing and increasing yet the service has declined rapidly as well as an increase in user issues. Very frustrating!

Hi
I find that the option to elect monthly pops out from time to time. I would reccomend logining out and trying again. I wish it was a more permant solution.
