Sorry you're running into this. Can you please try generating the report for a shorter date range first, rather than a full year? In some cases, using a smaller reporting period can stop the “Failed to load the report” error from coming up. It’s also worth refreshing the report settings by going to Settings > Report settings > Save > Save. Clicking Save there can refresh the report setup and may help fix the issue. If it’s still happening after that, the best next step is to reach out to our live chat support through our virtual assistant, MOCA, or submit a case via My Account so they can check the file further. They may need to run a script over the file to resolve it.
