I want to be able to produce a report that details each sale for a customer within a period of time.
I have tried the standard report titled "Customer Sales (detail) report". but it continually shows no results for that customer or any customer I select

There is a possibility the dates are filtered to not include the sales transactions you are trying to find. I recommend checking each sale transaction and comparing its transaction dates to the report. If the report includes the dates of the transaction and the transactions do not appear still. You will need to reach out to support to further troubleshoot why the transaction does not appear. You can reach them by creating a support ticket from the MyAccount window or live chat via MOCA.
