Spend Money transaction not reflected in balance sheet report

I have generated the attached spend money transaction, however the balance sheet report for the bank account is still showing the same amount rather than a balance amount less the spend money total o...

    Thank you for the follow up. We have now solved this problem. It was our error - we had the wrong date on the spend money/receive money entries and that's why it wasnt working for us. So sorry to take up your time.
