I have encountered the same error & same Error message.
Curious, as the file is created within MYOB (online) ?? and yes, I have created a "Ticket", received a "Case Ref#" and advised to contact the ATO ......
Call to the ATO is unhelpful and the call ends after a L O O O O N G wait on hold??
Clearly we're not the only one to encounter this issue. This process is supposed to be simple ....
