The General ledger report is probably your best report. This would allow you to select the particular account and period you wish, while also seeing the individual transaction amounts. You can also add in the Name column to that report which would give you the card name used on that transaction - this is in addition to the transaction description.
Thank you so much. I didn't realise that the custom feature allowed for adding additional columns etc. Perhaps it would be a good idea for me to do a bit of training re reports
