Hi
I'm having the same problem as the OP, but having tried both suggestions already posted, I've not been able to fix the problem.
And, with the new BAS report that submits to the ATO, that's not going to be useful unless I can get this fixed.
Any other ideas please?

Having the same issue now and have been on hold to MYOB for an hour and 40 minutes now. It was working this morning and randomly stopped working, I love that the price of MYOB keeps increasing and increasing yet the service has declined rapidly as well as an increase in user issues. Very frustrating!

Hi
I find that the option to elect monthly pops out from time to time. I would reccomend logining out and trying again. I wish it was a more permant solution.
