Please log out of the file, clear browser cache and log in to the file again. This should make the option visible again. Let us know how you go on.
No I have not had a resolution yet from MYOB unfortunately. I will post here straight away if I am lucky enough to get an answer.
Has anyone had this issue resolved yet? As expected, MYOB have not returned my call to resolve the issue.

Still not working for me, I have sent another email to feedback@myob.com on Tuesday but have had no response. Very frustrating.
YAY............ finally heard back from MYOB Client Support and the suggestion worked - hope it does for you too. I printed a payroll activity for the same BAS period (01/04/2023-30/06/23). I then went back into the GST Return Report and the Monthly PAYG Withholding was available for selection.
