anyone know how to enable invoice activity?
In the previous version of myob, this used to show if an invoice had been created, saved, printed or emailed. Now it just says 'created' I can download it, email it or print it and it does not ...

I now turn off the attach PDF toggle when sending (when I remember to do it) so that there is no attached file to the email when sent. That way, customs have no choice but to view online.
This automatically updates the activity column to viewed or downloaded.
