Character Limit on Customer name
Can anyone tell me the character limit on contact/company names please? Trying to add a new contact to be able to invoice them & all I get is:
There are 26 characters including spaces.

Hi Folsom,
Thanks for the screenshot of the error you've received. The First name field allows up to 20 characters, and the Surname/Family name allows up to 30. The Contact person under the billing address is capped at 25 characters, so 26 there will trigger that warning. If the name’s a bit long, you can trim the First name, Surname or Contact person slightly, so it saves without the error and you can get that invoice out.
