Early Payment Discount

Hi,

I used to use AccountRight and migrated to MYOB Business a few years back.

I offer my customers a 10% discount if they pay within 14 days, when the invoice is sent by email this will show in the invoice summary as already paid as per the example below.   I guess this figure is removed if the 14 days has passed. 

The problem is this has stopped functioning for certain clients but not others. It appears  is not an option in MYOB Business. Is this correct and why is it still functioning?  

Anyone with insight into this?

    Thanks for sharing a screenshot. It does sound like the discount is tied to certain customers. 

    MYOB Business doesn’t automatically apply an early-payment discount based on a 14-day term. You can enter a discount when recording a customer payment. If you’re seeing it on some invoices but not others, check the payment details to see whether a discount has been entered. Here’s more about customer discounts.
