Emailing invoices

Why do I have to say I am not a robot every time I email an invoice?

I have logged on, I use 2FA?

 

can someone please help

    Thanks for reaching out. 

     

    For the majority of users, that function will be disabled automatically by the system after a period of time. 

     

    While we do understand that taking the captcha or verification does take precious time, it's made so that it prevents certain fraudulent emails from being sent out and also avoid the mistake of sending email prematurely. In the meanwhile my apologies for hearing about the inconvenience caused.

      I have been using the system for about 10 years and it has just appeared

       

      Any idea when it might go away?

        Hi 4Gardens,

         

        Thanks for the reply. 

         

        Although as mentioned the verification would not be appearing after a period of time, it was not specified to us how long it would take since it's the system that automatically removes it. What I would suggest is trying out a different browser, as there are differences in how browsers save cache data.
