In the last month we have had a few invoices sent bounce that have previously gone through, a couple of them are westnet email addresses. Has anyone figured out how to fix this?

Bounce-backs are a pain, and we’ve seen a few lately. Causes can differ, so there isn’t a one-size-fits-all fix, but these steps usually do the trick:
Ask the recipient (or their IT) to allow‑list our senders/domains: accountright@apps.myob.com, invoices@apps.myob.com, *@apps.myob.com, and add app.myob.com as trusted.
Try simplifying the subject/body (shorten the text, remove big images or long links) and test with one contact first; some filters are fussy about content.
