Export client details
I want to export all my client contract details in excel, names, numbers, addresses etc. I cant find a way of doing this, any solution?

Thank you for your post.
The Export options for MYOB Business don't have Contacts as an available feature. What I can suggest as a workaround is to get a Contacts report. To do this, kindly go to Reporting >> Reports >> Search for Contacts (Which is also under the Business tab). You can then click on Export and choose Excel.
This report should show you the Name, Phone, Email address, and other columns that you can select by clicking Customise. You can also click on Contacts to choose contacts that will show on the report or to untick Show inactive.

Thanks for your help but when I follow your instructions there is no option to export as excel or customise further with more details. the contact report is only pdf and only does name phone and email.

Thanks for the update on this.
In this matter, you would need to go to Reporting>>Reports
In the Search field type Contacts>>Open the Report
Click Export>>Excel. There you will be able to export the contact report in Excel.

The list of exports columns does not contain firstname and surnames of individuals. Neither does it contain the type company or individual. Also it contains a column saluatation but the input screen does not have saluatation.

Thank you so much for your post and my apologies for the late response. The Contact list report is the best option, but it doesn't support adding extra columns or exporting to Excel (only as a PDF). However, you can get a contact list as a PDF and then convert it to Excel. To access this list, go to Reports > All reports > Contacts (under Business reports). This report will include Card Name, Phone Number, and Email address.
