Yes, same here. Nothing listed in the Activity column for successfully emailed invoices. I logged in on Friday not changing the date range to the full week.

Thanks for raising this, and I understand how confusing that would be. If you haven’t already, could you try sending the invoice by email again? That usually forces the back end to refresh and should update the Activity column. If it’s still showing blank after that, reach out to our live chat support through our virtual assistant, MOCA, or submit a case via My Account and we’ll take a closer look.

Resent the invoice by email (with pdf attachment) both from Browser and AR Premier Desktop versions (twice each) and opened them, plus viewed them in the MYOB Invoice portal and still no sign showing emailed in the Activity column.
