I am quite new to MYOB Essential.
I would like to ask if there is a way in the Essential version to apply a discount rate to a customer?
For example, I want to set up a discount rate of 10% for John whenever my colleague enters his name, the rate is automatically applied to the Quote.

Regarding this, you can apply discounts when you receive a payment on a customer's invoice, or when you create the invoice. This feature will allow you to set up different prices for your items based on who's buying and how much they are buying.
