Next Due in recurring transactions

why the browser does not update the next due for recurring transactions

    Hi THarb,

     

    If the next due date on your recurring transaction isn’t updating in the browser, the most common culprit is that the recurring template’s been edited. Tweaking the template (like changing the schedule or dates) can stop the next due from moving the way you expect. If you haven’t edited the recurring at all and it’s still not updating, that’s our cue to take a closer look. In that case, it’s best to reach out to support team so they check what’s going on behind the scenes.
