I've tested it from my end and don't have any issues with zero balance customers coming onto the PDF export of the two reports you mentioned.
A few things to try:
- can you test exporting the report from a different web browser? (I'm using Google Chrome and am not running into an issue).
- are you running into the issue when you select the "View and Print" option in the report, does the same issue happen when you select "Export > PDF"?
If the problem persists, I'd recommend raising a support ticket from your My Account dashboard or reach out to live chat through MOCA and we can take a deeper look into it.
