Quote to Invoice with the option Deposit Due

Hi I just asked the MYOB help live chat this question, and they suggested to put it up here on the forum as the option is not yet available,

When I want to create Invoice from a Quote I would like the option of having it set up that I can send 1 invoice but have 50% Deposit Due Now then 50% on completion. How do people currently do this?

I just send the invoice making it clear that the deposit is required before commencement and that the balance is due on completion. . I insert a blank row to use for comments so that it shows within the body of the invoice and not hidden at the bottom. It works for me.
