To fix the error message you've received, save a recurring transaction with a start date earlier than today, as long as it's in the current financial year and not in a locked period. For more information on recurring transactions, check out this link.

Thanks for response. The assessment is using the financial year
1 Jul 2021 to 30 Jun 2022 and as per recurring I have put in 01/08/2021.So this is earlier than today?Hi harpo,
