shipping address
I'm trying to set up a customer shipping address as a post officce box but i cant find a way to achieve this. Any help would be appriciated.

Welcome to the Community Forum.
When you go to create a contact, you will enter in both billing and shipping address and you will be able to type this in as a PO box if this is where the customer has their shipping go to.

It has worked since my original post a few times but only after I have either selected the shipping address as the same as the billing address. Otherwise I need to enter the suburb, state and post code first and then I have been able to enter the PO box & number but not every time. But when I've come back to the contact an hour or so later I have been able to finish entering the PO box & number.
