View a refund transaction
Can anyone tell me how to view a refund for a customer credit? I entered a customer credit and applied a refund to it but, now when I go to reconcile the account it came out of in MYOB, I can't see ...

Thanks for laying that out so clearly. You can usually find the refund transaction by using Find Transactions. From there, the debit and credit tabs should show the credit and refund amount. I’ve also added a few links below that might help:
