Capture App

Is there is an issue with the Capture App today.  All users have updated the app but are still have issues

    We have released a new version of the MYOB Capture app for NZ to resolve the issue. Once you update to the latest version you should be all good to go. Let me know if you have any questions.

    We don't have any issues raised for the MYOB Capture app today. If you're continuing to experience an issue, you can jump on live chat via MOCA (our virtual assistant), or lodge a support ticket through MyAccountand the team will be able to take a look into it for you.

    I have been on the phone for the past hour to resolve the issue and unfortunately, there recommendation didn't work so I have just called back...

  • Did you get this sorted Tania? We noticed last week that Capture wasn't loading on any phone. Have deleted & reinstalled the app but still not working. We are in NZ.

You can still upload documents to your file directly via app.myob.com. Please view and subscribe to updates on the status hub. Thank you for your patience whilst we work to resolve this.
