Great call, MYOB Assist is the way to go. First, invite your employees to your file and set their role so they only have access to sales/invoicing. Then get them to download the MYOB Assist app on iOS or Android and sign in with the same email you used to invite them. From the app, they can create, edit, send invoices, record payments, and keep track of what’s paid or overdue while they’re on-site. They can also send invoices via email or SMS for quick delivery. We’ve also got a dedicated board for the MYOB Assist app where users share questions and solutions, you can browse existing posts or add your own anytime here.
