Thanks for reaching out. MYOB Exo Business doesn't interact with email via any MYOB email addresses, so there are no public IP Address ranges Exo business uses that can affect your emails.

\nWhich Executable are you using when you have problems?
\nWhat problem exactly are you having?
\nAre you seeing errors on screen?
\nAre you getting error reports back from customer email servers?
\nAre customers saying they don't get your emails?
\nAre customers saying your emails don't look right?
\nHow often are you having problems?
\nAre you sending emails using Option 1 or 2:
\nExonet SMTP Sender
\nDefault Email Client (Outlook/MAPI)
\nWho are your email services provided by?
With more businesses switching to Exchange Online/other online services, we've heard of people having problems with their send limits, because when they do a statement run they accidentally send more messages per hour than their email provider allows.
