"I am now only able to logon to one of the companies - User ID: Administrator (owner) works for one of the companies but not the other - I am assuming this is one of the login problems you are talking about? (both companies are on the same serial number with two subscriptions paid for).
I have used the Open In Web Browser tab (via the company that will open) and am able to see both companies but when I try to open the second company it asks for User ID: and then rejects Administrator with a something went wrong screen."

For what it is worth- I could finally log in to my account yesterday, but I had to clear the cookies first and then reboot.
Same thing happened at home laptop- would not log in until I had cleared the cookies and rebooted.
I even tried banging my head on the keyboard- it did no good but I felt better :) Eric
