Resolved - MYOB Business and AccountRight outage

I don't think this is fixed yet. Our team just now got an error when trying to open a client file in Client Accounting.

Hi Nano, yes I think so. We're using MYOB AE Ledger for Client Accounting and per the error we received, it seems to be down. 

I work for an MSP that supports multiple Accounting clients

We are seeing the same issues across the board also for both AO and AE

We are also having issues now in AO accessing client accounting for AO ledger clients. cashbook.myob.co.nz is stuck on a loading screen.

We are also having issues now in AE accessing client accounting for AE ledger clients.

Is cashbook/ AO ldger still down? Having troubles accessing.

I don't think this is fixed either.  I am trying to reconcile an account and when I have entered spend  money and go back to reconciling it isn't there.

Is this still down?

Thank you for your patience as we worked with Microsoft to resolve this issue.Whilst the services are restored ,your scenario could be potentially linked to performance delays.

Could I please request you to search for transaction via Banking ->Find transactions to make sure the spend money transaction is recorded ;Or possibly selected and listed under the reconciliation window.

I still can't open my desktop app....it is asking for credentials but it seems like the software is running but just not displaying a window at all....I have downloaded software again and restarted many times and still no resolve. Anyone else having same issue
