My Account - Support tickets not created 11th - 15th July
Hello everyone,
Please note, that we are aware of an incident over the last few days affecting the creation of support tickets through myaccount.myob.com.
If you have raised a support request between the 11th - 15th of July, please visit the MyAccount "My Requests" page to check your request has been lodged successfully, if you do not see your request pending please resubmit the request.
