Time for support tickets?

How long do we have to wait for a support ticket to be actioned?

 

I opened a ticket last Monday the 23rd and have had no response, there seems to be no way to escalate, no phone contact etc.

 

Is there even a support team?

  • I have support tickets from October and December waiting for a response.............

    Hi Michael27,

    Totally get where you’re coming from, our support team is here and working through tickets as quickly as we can. When you submit a support ticket it can take up to about 3–5 business days for the team to pick it up and get back to you, depending on how busy things are. 

    Please keep an eye on the email address linked to your account (including spam/junk), as that’s where the reply will come through.

    Finally a human at 4:50pm 5th Mar, unfortunately their solution was to stop doing what I was attempting to do so the error would not appear.

     

    Have replied back and will wait.
